The college does not accept students under the age of 18. |

The £200 registration fee is not refundable or transferable. The College will refund 100% of the course fees if the visa to enter or remain in the U.K is refused. |

Once paid the accommodation fee is not refundable. |

Students who have already started their course and whose Visas are refused after they have started will get a refund on a pro rata basis. |

Students who do not attend classes on time or regularly cannot expect additional assistance from the teacher. |

Students who have student visas are advised that the Home Office requires a minimum attendance of 80%. |

Holidays must be booked at least one week in advance. Students can only take 2 weeks holidays during any term unless they can produce a medical certificate or if there is an emergency situation. Students studying for less than eight weeks are NOT entitled to any authorised holidays. |

Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited in the main parts of the building. |

The College reserves the right to expel students if the course fee is not paid within an agreed time limit. |

Giving false information may result in either refusal of admission or dismissal from the college when discovered. |

All fees must be received before the course starts. Please remember that payment made by transfer may take up to 10 days to reach our account. The student must pay any additional bank charges incurred in transferring funds. |

Any request for change to the course starting date must be in writing and submitted at least two weeks prior to the original starting date. |

Students are required to abide by all rules and regulations as of date and with any future changes as advised from time to time. |
